Warranty FAQs & Info
To file a warranty claim for a replacement product, please contact us with the following information:
• a photo of the damaged case or screen shield (tip: take a photo using your phone and a mirror)
• proof of your purchase of the tech21 product (or your order reference if you bought from tech21.com)
• full postal address and contact telephone number for shipping purposes
We offer replacements solely for the original product purchased.
When we reference 'Life time', we are referencing the lifetime of the original product purchased. This means that customers can apply for a warranty replacement, at any point in the original product's lifetime.
Unfortunately, we cannot replace replacements, as our policy only covers products with up to one replacement per purchase.
Our warranty covers any damage to our device covers or accessories (not including screen shields), this does not include damage that is consistent with normal wear-and-tear or misuse/abuse of the product, or screen damage whilst using our products.
We are not liable for any damage suffered by your device whether or not it is fitted with a Tech21 product.
To file a warranty claim for a replacement product, please submit a request form with the following information:
• a photo of the damaged case or screen shield (tip: take a photo using your phone and a mirror)
• proof of your purchase of the tech21 product (this could be a photo of your receipt or bank statement, or your order reference if you bought direct from tech21.com)
• full postal address and contact telephone number for shipping purposes
Tech21 will not issue replacements for installation errors or improper use of the Impact Shield such as misalignment, peeling in the corners, air bubbles, self-inflicted damage to the screen shield and exposure to extremes of heat or cold which could damage the screen protector.
The Screen shields are not covered by our warranty as they are intended for a one time use/application. Any damaged caused to your screen shield means the shield has done it job in protecting your device.
If your original Tech21 product is out of stock, we have the right to send you an alternative product that fits another device you may own. Please rest assured our Customer Service agents will be happy to assist you with this.
Any products that were purchased in 2018 or later have a lifetime warranty, however if your product has been discontinued then the warranty is now void if it is passed the 12 month warranty period.
Unfortunately if your product was not purchased from one of our authorized retailers then you are not covered by our warranty. This is because the product could be a fake Tech21 product.
We are very sorry to hear this has happened.
Our warranty covers all Tech21 products which are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship.
Our warranty does not cover damage to your device as a result of everyday use. Whilst our cases and screen protectors have been proven to help dissipate shock on impact, we are unable to account for every occurrence that may arise whilst our products are being used.
Tech21 will also not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

Unfortunately if you did not purchase directly from Tech21 and you do not have your proof of purchase then we will be unable to proceed with a replacement.
