Limited Warranty for Tech21 products
Tech21 stands behind the quality of its products and offers a 1-Year limited warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship.
We are committed to providing replacements for defective products, subject to the guidelines outlined below.
To initiate a warranty claim, kindly reach out to us with your proof of purchase and clear images illustrating the specific defects in your Tech21 product.
A warranty claim can be initiated:
- Within 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Within 2 years from the date of purchase, provided you register for our 2-Year Limited Warranty within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To register your purchase, please reach out to us with your Name, product details, and proof of purchase.
Warranty restrictions:
This warranty does not apply to:
- Tech21 products purchased from unauthorized retailers.
- Screen protection products once they have been removed from their packaging.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product.
- Damage incurred by your device, regardless of whether it is equipped with a Tech21 product.
- Replacement products provided as part of a previous warranty claim.
- Lost or stolen products.
Tech21's liability will not extend to any indirect or incidental loss or damage, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Any processing delays by Tech21 in handling warranty claims will not impact the validity of your warranty claim period.
Products covered by our lifetime warranty are eligible for one replacement during the lifetime of the product. Should you have any inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
If the original Tech21 product is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative product that is compatible with a different device you own. Be assured that our Customer Service representatives will be delighted to assist you with this.
Impact Shield and Impact Glass screen protectors:
Our screen protectors are designed for one-time application only and cannot be reapplied once removed from the initial device.
Comprehensive instructions are enclosed in the packaging of all Tech21 screen protectors. For any further queries, please reach out to us at helpdesk@tech21.com
We will not provide replacements for:
- Installation errors.
- Misalignment during installation.
- Peeling at the corners.
- Air bubbles.
- Self-inflicted damage.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (hot or cold).
- Wear and tear.
